Female emcees have always to had to try twice as hard to establish themselves in the hiphop game. Many of them had to make a decision to fit in a particular stereotype. They could be a rough and hardcore, in your face rapper or an over provocative and hyper sexy emcee.  But the new generation of young female emcees  are breaking down these roles. MC Little Simz is based out of the UK and what is astonishing is that she is only 19 years old. Hearing her for the first time, I couldn’t believe how smooth her flow was, it was like she has been practicing since birth.
